Granola dry spell as finally come to an end, cuz I friggin’ LOVE granola, but store-bought brands are loaded with oil, salt, and super high in fat. No thank you! I have been making my own instead and it’s SO much better compared to anything from the store and way cheaper too! I’m still working out the exact recipe, but as soon as I do I will post it, bc this is just too damn good to keep to myself!Best part, other than it’s yum-factor, is that it’s all #rawvegan, #glutenfree, #saltfree, nutfree, #oilfree, and #organic!

Papaya is one of my all time favorite fruits! It’s excellent for soothing/healing digestive issues and it’s amazing for your skin too! Recipe is so simple: 1-2 T tahini, 1 scallion, juice from 1 lemon, nub of ginger, and then herbs galore! I really love dill and parsley together! Yesss! I’m one of those crazy people that actually likes tofu both in taste and texture..I think bc it reminds me of fresh mozzarella. I stopped eating soy products 5 years ago bc soy contains an enzyme inhibitor that impedes digestion. And since my primary reason for initially embarking on a raw diet was healing my digestive issues once and for all, I cut out my beloved tofu. Soy also happens to be  estrogenic, which means it mimics natural estrogen production and can disrupt hormonal balance in the body. Now that I’m trying to ready my body for #pregnancy, I want to make sure I’m keeping good hormonal health! But now I’m so excited bc I found this #hemp #tofu! Win, win, win!!
