stretching out before #Bikram. Day 3 of my #100daychallenge! Just wanted to thank anyone who commented or offered support in any way on my IG post about my period issues. ❤️ you guys. I’m going to get to the bottom of this, but I do know for certain that eating a fruit-based diet full of sweet-ripe juicy fruit has allowed me to effectively manage whatever my body is going through, and perhaps this is just part of my overall healing process. I have healed so many ailments using a HCLF diet and I believe in it to my core. I spent too many years feeling horrible, where my hair was falling out, I had migraines, terrible skin, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, bloating, awful digestion— and eating a mostly fruit diet, with some cooked starches, has gotten rid of ALL those things! I refuse to believe that eating so much fruit is “bad” for me when I feel SO AMAZING!! I have been eating 90/5/5 for a really long time as a way to heal my digestion and it worked, but now I guess it is time to give 80/10/10 a legitimate go and heal my period issues by incorporating consistent fat intake.
